Dana Dawsey is the Global Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety at Pentair, where she leads enterprise-wide EHS excellence, operational sustainability, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Pentair, Dana was Executive Director of Global EHS at Merck (MSD), overseeing international safety and sustainability initiatives across complex manufacturing networks. She previously held senior operations and EHS roles at Dow and spent eleven years with Caterpillar Inc. in operations management, supply chain, and EHS. Dana began her career at Darden Restaurants, where she built a strong foundation in leadership and customer focus. A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and DISC Consultant, she holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University, along with executive education from Bradley University.
