Diane Iuliano Picho is the Chief Enterprise Enablement Officer at The Chemours Company, where she leads a newly formed unit focused on accelerating the Operational Excellence and Growth Enablement pillars of Chemours’ Pathway to Thrive strategy. In this role, she oversees critical enterprise functions including Procurement, Enterprise Capital & Engineering Technology, and several Centers of Excellence spanning Manufacturing, Commercial, and Digital. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Interim Business President of Titanium Technologies (TT), where she strengthened the foundation of Chemours’ global TT business. She also held the role of VP of HR and Chief of Staff for TT, driving strategic initiatives in organizational design, sustainability, and commercial strategy. Previously, she served as VP of Commercial Operations for Chemours’ Advanced Performance Materials business, leading global product management, supply chain, and competitive intelligence. Before joining Chemours at its founding in 2015, she spent over three decades with DuPont in roles of increasing responsibility, including Global Business Manager and NA Regional Business & Marketing Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Widener University.
