Dimas Marchi is the Senior Director of Global Manufacturing Excellence at Orion Engineered Carbons, where he leads global operational performance initiatives and continuous improvement across the company’s manufacturing network. He previously served as Plant Manager for six years, following earlier leadership roles as Production Manager and in Orion’s New Technology division. Before joining Orion, he held plant management and industrial leadership positions at Ypê, Raízen, and JBS Biodiesel, overseeing large-scale operations, multi-disciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, and major strategic initiatives. He began his career at Solvay/Rhodia, spending more than a decade in production and process engineering. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an Engineer’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar.
