Prior to founding Arcwood, he spent nearly three decades with Heritage Environmental Services, where he advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately President. Throughout his tenure, he drove innovation in environmental services, compliance, and sustainability, helping major industrial clients meet their environmental stewardship goals through practical, results-driven solutions. With a strong foundation in chemistry and biological sciences, he brings a scientific and operational perspective to leadership, emphasizing performance improvement and environmental responsibility. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
