About the Speaker: Kristina Kassabri is Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Lean Transformation at Airgas, where she leads continuous improvement initiatives across North America’s largest dry ice production operations. With over a decade at Airgas, she has held progressive leadership roles spanning business process improvement, operations, and accounting. She is focused on embedding a culture of operational excellence, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, structured performance metrics, and cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and elevate the customer experience. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions including Director of Business Process Improvement, Manager of Accounting Operations, and Accounting Manager. She also brings experience from her time at American Greetings, where she worked in merchandising operations, and from Ryan, where she began her career as a property tax intern. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for empowering cross-functional teams, fostering cultural transformation, and aligning strategy with execution. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds CX Excellence Accreditation from The CX Academy.
