Lacy Wood is the VP of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Resiliency for Energy and Sustainable Solutions at Honeywell, where she leads global safety initiatives and drives sustainable change across operations. With over two decades of experience, she has held senior leadership roles at Hexion Inc., including VP of EHS Operations and Director of the Environmental Center of Excellence, where she was instrumental in ESG implementation and strategic safety planning. She also served in various HSE and management positions at Baker Hughes, overseeing environmental programs, regulatory compliance, and strategic business development. She currently serves on the U.S. EPA’s Clean Air Act Advisory Committee, offering expert insights into environmental policy. Known for aligning EHS performance with business outcomes, she emphasizes frontline leadership, accountability, and high-impact engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Sam Houston State University and an MBA from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. She is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
