Lauri Boulge is an accomplished supply chain executive with over 20 years of experience in leading global organizations through complex transformations. She currently serves as the VP of Supply Chain, Energy and Sustainability at Honeywell, where she leads planning, logistics, customer operations, and collections for the company’s Energy & Sustainability division. Her leadership has driven operational excellence, enhanced customer value, and reduced costs, while implementing digital transformations and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. Before joining Honeywell, she held key leadership roles at Henkel, where she was VP of Supply Chain Logistics for North America, overseeing multi-year transformation projects across both the Laundry and Beauty retail divisions. Additionally, she worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the VP of Global Supply Chain Planning, where she led the implementation of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP initiatives. She has also worked at Kraft Heinz, where she managed customer logistics and led significant process improvements that delivered over $10 million in cost reductions. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
