Loan Ngô is the VP of Quality, Americas at Henkel. She is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience leading quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across multinational organizations. In her current role, she is responsible for driving performance improvements and delivering results through a culture of quality and operational excellence in the Americas, including Canada, the United States, Mexico, as well as countries in Central and South America. She has held senior roles in various organizations, including Mortenson, where she served as Senior Director of Quality, and Valspar, where she was VP of Global Quality. She has also worked at Barnes Group, Barnes Aerospace, UTC – Pratt & Whitney, and Allied Signal / Honeywell. Loan holds multiple educational certifications from institutions, such as Cornell University, Project Performance International, UC Berkeley School of Information, and Wharton Online. She also earned an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MS in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University.
