With more than a decade of supply chain experience spanning multiple industries, she combines operational depth with a data-driven approach to cost control, carrier management, and continuous improvement. Since joining BASF in 2018, she has held roles in Supply Chain Analysis and Supply Chain Excellence, driving cross-functional initiatives focused on visibility, efficiency, and performance benchmarking. Earlier in her career, she worked in international logistics and operations with Perez Trading Company and Austral Group. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Initiatives from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Universidad de Lima. She is passionate about building collaborative, insight-driven supply chains that balance performance, sustainability, and innovation.
