Lyndee Brassieur is the Vice President of Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) at PPG, where she leads the organization’s EHS and Product Stewardship programs supporting approximately 50,000 employees worldwide. With over 25 years of industrial leadership, she brings deep expertise in operational excellence, safety culture, and continuous improvement through Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies. Prior to her current role, she served as Global Director of Operations for PPG’s Specialty Coatings and Materials segment, overseeing sites across the U.S. and Europe. She also held senior leader roles in operations at Westlake Chemical, where she led large-scale field and manufacturing teams, implemented data-driven efficiencies, and negotiated labor contracts. She began her career as a Co-op student with PPG and held progressive engineering and leadership roles since 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Science from McNeese State University and is a certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt.
