María Isabel Brennan is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Albemarle Corporation. She has extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations. She has successfully managed diverse global operations for Fortune 500 corporations and private companies, overseeing multibillion-dollar budgets and leading transformation initiatives for start-ups, digital innovation, and business growth. With expertise in Lean manufacturing, procurement strategy, Six Sigma, and enterprise project management, she has driven significant improvements in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Prior to Albemarle Corporation, she worked at Domtar, ConAgra Foods, PepsiCo, and Merisant Company. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo. She was honored by Logistics and Transportation Magazine with an award for being one of the Top 10 Chief Supply Chain Officers in 2023.
