Mark Holden is the Global Head of the Manufacturing Technology Center at Indorama Ventures, where he leads strategic direction and innovation, driving consistency across global operations by implementing advanced technologies and standardizing processes. In this role, he develops high-performing technical teams and partners with plant operations to accelerate transformation and deliver sustainable value. Previously, he served as VP of Digital Operations Excellence and Vice President of Operations (Site Manager) for Auriga Polymers, overseeing a chemical/polymer site of more than 425 employees across 400 acres. He also spent nearly a decade at INVISTA as a Process Control Engineer and Manufacturing Superintendent, before advancing into leadership as a Technical Manager. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Process Engineer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, gaining deep expertise in process optimization and plant safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
