Mary Ann Hayes is VP of Integrated Operations and Supply Chain for the Thermal & Specialized Solutions business at The Chemours Company, where she leads global operations, supply chain, and product management. In this role, she is responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing product reliability, and ensuring supply chain efficiency across a highly technical, global business. She has been with Chemours for over a decade, holding progressive leadership roles that span operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Integrated Operations, where she guided global product management and logistics strategy. She previously held roles as Fluorochemicals Commercial Operations Director and Fluoroproducts Continuous Improvement Director, leading initiatives in reliability, automation, and end-to-end supply chain optimization. Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years at DuPont, where she served in various leadership positions including Operations Business Leader, Operations Consultant, and Unit Operations Manager across multiple sites and product lines. She holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the same institution.
