Rebecca Teeters, Ph.D. is SVP of Fluoromaterial Stewardship and President of Chemical Operations at 3M. In this role, she oversees the global chemical manufacturing segment and leads 3M’s Fluoromaterial Stewardship. Throughout her career, she has served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Manufacturing Forensic Chemist, Six Sigma Black Belt, Plant Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director/VP for several businesses, Global Enterprise Operations VP of Strategy and Execution, and SVP of Fluoromaterial Stewardship. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Central Missouri.
