Rob Crawford is an Associate Partner at Chartwell Consulting, where he helps manufacturers achieve rapid, large-scale improvements in core operational performance. Over the past 10 years at Chartwell, he has partnered with companies across a wide range of industries from increasing productivity and reliability in continuous chemical manufacturing processes to improving output, quality, and stability in pharmaceutical production, and optimizing the conversion of milk to cheese in mozzarella production. In the past five years, he has also developed significant expertise in the design and implementation of cultural change programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences and a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Metallurgy from the University of Cambridge, UK.
