Samantha Roberts is the Plant Manager of Beaumont Polyethylene at ExxonMobil, where she leads site operations, safety, and performance excellence for one of the company’s flagship chemical facilities. She assumed this role in 2025 after more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience within ExxonMobil. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for the Beaumont site and Technical Manager in Baytown, where she oversaw technical strategy and performance optimization. She also held leadership roles in Resource Management, Operations, and Global Marketing, where she managed intermediates and hydrocarbon fluids. Earlier in her career, she advanced through positions in Supply Chain Operations, Business Optimization, and multiple technical and supervisory posts supporting refining and chemical operations across Baytown, Mont Belvieu, and Houston. Her expertise spans operations management, risk management, and global supply strategies, with a track record of driving safety, reliability, and profitability. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
