Sam Ponzo is a Vice President and General Manager at DuPont, where he leads a global business serving the printing, healthcare, aerospace, and automotive industries. Over his 25-year career at DuPont, he has held a range of leadership roles across engineering, operations, finance, safety, and advanced manufacturing, including positions in DuPont Sustainable Solutions, Advanced Printing, and Food Industry Solutions. Prior to his current role, he led regional and global teams and drove transformational growth initiatives across multiple business units. He began his career in engineering and operations and has consistently championed operational excellence, business transformation, and inclusive leadership. In 2024, he was inducted into The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) in recognition of his contributions to industry and leadership development. A Wilmington native, he holds a B.S. from Morehouse College, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Drexel University, and a Certificate in Human Capital Management from The Wharton School.
